Having danced at The Buckley School with Wendy Wilkinson and Betty Buckley, Miss Norris completed her vocational training at Elmhurst Ballet School. After gaining a BA Hons and MA in Dance Studies she continued her training at the Jose Limon Dance Institute, Manhattan where she completed their Professional Studies Programme. She then performed in New York working with many choreographers including Risa Steinberg and Heather Cornell. Since then she has worked internationally as a dancer, teacher and choreographer. Miss Norris currently teaches tap and contemporary at Centre Pointe, lectures in Dance Studies at Edge Hill University and is a member of the tap teaching faculty for the ISTD. She is an adjudicator for the British and International Federation of Festivals. She has recently been working as the Associate Choreographer on the National Tour of the King. Miss Norris is currently studying for a PHD.
